Ersilia is a project management and scope creep detection tool that helps freelancers and agencies protect their boundaries and turn additional work into legitimate revenue. The Service includes:

Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We may change our fees with 30 days' advance notice
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ersilia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ersilia. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Google Gemini AI: AI-powered scope creep detection and analysis
• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Various notification services: Email, SMS, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zapier

By using features that integrate with these services, you agree to their respective terms of service. We process your project communications through AI services to detect scope creep, and this processing is done securely with encryption and proper data handling practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ERSILIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ersilia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
